MA in Islamic Studies - Course Content

World Religions

The aim of this course is to examine the principal beliefs and practices of five religions, that are important in the world today:

1. African Tribal Religion
2. Hinduism
3. Buddhism
4. Judaism
5. Christianity

The course will be concentrated into two periods of one and quarter hours for each period per week for each student year. In the second year Judaism and Christianity, will be studied.
